CREATING
detailed INTERIORS
We believe in creating meaningful designs that brings a space to life without losing its initial essence. It ensures our inspiration is pulled from a range of references that crosses styles and eras and gets tied down with the context of the existing.
We aim to deliver a design with its throughline unbroken, from initial concept to construction. Therefore our scope is adaptable to each project to ensure we maintain all the moving parts.

WORKLOUNGE
OFFICE DESIGN
Working with the Trend Group fit out company, we transformed the conventional idea of an office into a more vibrant and flexible space.
Clever selections of soft furnishing & colour creates relaxed breakaway pockets for collaboration.
As with working remotely, we explore more informal set ups for workstations. Flexible layouts makes the design of a space more personal to each individuals needs and comfortability.

APART-HOTEL DESIGN
Completing the design of the Tallest Hemp Building in the World, meant that a strong sustainable thread had to be pulled through to the final touches.
Collaborating with the architects Wolf & Wolf as well as the Neighbourgood brand team, All 50 Apartments were fully furnished and equipped for both short and long term stays.
All furniture and decor were carefully curated from local craftsmen and artisans. The fitout became a platform for local designers to be recognised internationally due to the buildings stature in the design field.
All materiality, earthy tones and textures were selected to tie in with the natural and warm feeling provided by the hemp walls and floors.
MEET
THE designer.
With her Bachelor Degree in Interior Architecture, Rene Whiley has a background in fast-paced turnkey fitouts. Working along both larger and smaller, more private, firms, she has learned to lean into the process of the design and build industry.
While being the lead designer on her projects, her responsibility often overlapped into the other fields such as Procurement, Quantity Estimation and Project management.
Being able to be part of the full scope worked well with her meticulous nature, and soon led to the start up of her own Design Studio - Situ. Here she is able to explore designs into more depth, experimenting with bespoke furniture and art pieces, as well as pushing the boundaries on building materiality.
